Relying on Jiaxing city's resources, infrastructures
in all the industrial parks of Xiucheng are capable to meet the
needs of enterprises, such as the supply of water¡¢electricity¡¢steam¡¢road¡¢telecommunication¡¢drainage¡¢
sewerage¡¢ wide-band network and so on.
Water supply-the total capacity of water supply
in Jiaxing amounts to 550,000 cubic meters per day, enough to
meet demands of industrial and daily life.
Power supply-Jiaxing owns the largest thermoelectricity plant
in eastern China and Qinshan Nuclear Power Station, the first
nuclear power station designed and constructed by Chinese people.
Electricity supply here is sufficient and guaranteed. Now a power
distribution and transmission structure with 220 kv and 110 kv
as its main grid, 35 kv and 10 kv as its supporting grid has been
formed.
Steam supply-Jiaxing Heat & Power Plant, Buyun Heat &
Power Plant and Zhonghua Heat & Power Plant all locate in
Xiucheng District capable to satisfy the clients' needs.
Natural gas-Zhejiang connection station of natural gas of our
country's key project " transmitting natural gas from west
China to east China" is within Xiucheng territory.
Sewerage-Jiaxing sewage treatment project has been finished and
put into use. The sewage treatment capacity of the first phase
reaches 300,000 tons per day and the second phase can be 550,000
tons per day.
Communication-The post and telecom in Jiaxing has been up to the
advanced stage of its kind in China. IDD can be provided to over
180 countries and regions. Other communication services are also
available, like IDD, DDD, telegraph, fax, mobile phone, wide-band
internet, e-business, communication line leasing etc.
